i enjoyed how close i was to everything a short walk had me at the main attractions the super nice team with directions i really appreciated the clean spacious room it had plenty of space for my things the breakfast included a nice variety of food options.
the air conditioning was not working properly it made the room quite uncomfortable i would have liked better climate control

I appreciated the very clean room, a double room that had everything i needed. the king size bed provided restful sleep. i was very pleased with the location. It was close to the tower.
The walls were thin. I could hear noise from other rooms. i advise future guests to bring earplugs.

The location was magnificent. It stood very close to the leaning tower! a bus stop sat conveniently right outside for transport to the train station! i loved the central position of this lovely place, though the neighborhood could get noisy.

The location was convenient for seeing the main attractions.
The air conditioning did not work, a major issue during warmer months. I reported this to the front desk, but they were unhelpful. The bathroom fan was also broken. the walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from other rooms, distracting.

The room overlooked a busy street, and the noise was pretty constant. the air conditioner barely worked and sounded like a freight train. this hotel desperately needs updates. It felt very old. also, i was charged a city tax that was higher than the official rate, which i questioned at the desk, but they insisted it was correct.

The location was excellent. It was very convenient to the tower and bus stops. The staff were as helpful as possible (i liked their attitude).
The hotel appears quite dated. It seems like it needs a refresh. There were no amenities in the room and not even a bottle of water.
